Opportunities within Regina
It’s never too early to start thinking about
Service Opportunities. Organizations at Regina like Free the
Children, S.T.A.N.D., Campbell Soup Label Committee, and Clown
Ministry are always looking for volunteers looking to enrich
their lives through the experience of service. This is a great
opportunity to get to know your schoolmates as well as making a
difference in the community and in the world. For more

St. Florian’s Strawberry Festival May
3-4, 2008
Volunteers are needed the weekend of May 3rd
and 4th to help with St. Florian’s Strawberry Festival in
Hamtramck . Girls are needed to run the children’s games booths
and possibly help serve food. Helpers may choose to work on
Saturday, May 3rd from 4:30 to 9:30 PM or Sunday, May 4th from
11:50 AM to 4:30 PM or 4:30 to 9:30 PM. If you are interested,

13th Annual Nautical Coast Cleanup May18, 2008
The St. Clair Shores Waterfront Advisory
Committee in association with the Jefferson Yacht Club would
like to invite you to the 13th Annual Nautical Coast Cleanup.
This 100% volunteer event has gathered more than 421 tons of
debris from the Lake St. Clair shoreline. Once again, we are
encouraging everyone to join our efforts. Volunteers are what
made this event the success it has been in the past and it is
the volunteers who will make this event a success this year.
This has grown into a tremendous done in a day event – the
largest in the Midwest ! Come by yourself, bring a friend, or
bring your whole family. We’ll see you May 18th! Registration is
8:00 to 8:30 AM at Jefferson Yacht Club at 24504 Jefferson Ave
(9 ½ Mile and Jefferson in St. Clair Shores ). For more
