By-Laws/Board

Article I.

Name

The Name of the Association shall be Regina High School Alumnae Association.

Article II.

Purpose

The Purpose of the Association shall be a commitment to the education of young women through faith, stimulate the loyalty of the alumnae in the school through actions, strengthen the School through alumnae vision, provide a liaison between the School and its alumnae, and foster a sense of kinship within the community.

Article III.

Membership

1. Any person who has graduated from Regina High School and current in dues shall be an active voting member of the Association.
2. The Alumnae Board may accept honorary members through nomination.

Article IV.

Structure and Function

1. Officers of the Association shall consist of:

   (2) Presidents

   (3) Vice Presidents

   (2) Treasures

   (1) Corresponding Secretary

   (1) Recording Secretary

2. Alumnae Council:

The Alumnae Board of Directors will serve as the leadership group of the Association and shall consist of:

- Officers

- Director of Advancement/Alumnae Relations of Regina High School
