A Letter from the Admissions Director...

Thank you for your interest in Regina High School.  Here, AT aaWithin this school, the four years of high school is an opportunity to growWithin this school, the four years of high school is an opportunity to growWithin this school, the four years of high school is an opportunity to growThe four years of high school at Regina is an opportunity for students to grow and mature into Christian women through structured surroundings, academic rigor, development of extracurricular talents, and growth of faith life within the Regina community.

Over the past 50 years, Regina High School has been educating the whole girl — mind, body and soul — for life’s future challenges. Regina provide students with the tools they need to succeed in college and beyond, the religious atmosphere to grow in faith and vision in the Franciscan Tradition and the dedication to keeping a safe and comfortable learning environment for students.

As Director of Admissions and a Regina graduate, I understand the importance of choosing the right high school. While studies have shown the positive effects attending a single-sex school has on women, Regina High School also believes in empowering young women to take on leadership roles as Presidents of their classes and Captains of their sports teams. This fosters a spirit of sisterhood where students are invited to take risks, try new things, and discover where their strengths and passions lie. "When girls go to single-sex schools, they stop being the audience and become the players." (statement made by Professors Myra and David Sadker of the American University)
